Product Description

Coral Larva (Chlorfenapyr 24% SC) is a contact and stomach-acting insecticide with strong penetrating/translaminar action, formulated as a Suspension Concentrate (SC), belonging to the Pyrrole chemical group. It controls caterpillars, stem borers, leaf folders, fruit borers and other larval pests on paddy, cotton, fruiting vegetables, citrus, cabbage, pulses and fruit trees.

Mode of Action

• Coral Larva is a Group 13 (Pyrrole) insecticide that works by contact and ingestion.
• It is a pro-insecticide, converted inside the pest's body into an active form that disrupts mitochondrial energy production.
• Affected larvae stop feeding within hours and die over 2–3 days, limiting further crop damage quickly.
• Its translaminar action helps reach larvae feeding inside leaf folds, fruit or stems.

Directions for Use

• Apply as a uniform foliar spray when larvae first appear or according to pest monitoring, following the crop-wise rate below.
• Calculated on the basis of a knapsack sprayer at the water volume per acre shown below.
• Re-entry period after spraying: 24 hours.
• Apply up to 3 times per crop season, at 10–16 day intervals depending on pest pressure.

Recommended Rate

Target Crops

Paddy, cotton, fruiting vegetables, citrus, cabbage, cauliflower, pulses and fruit trees.

Target Pests

Stem borers, cutworms, leaf folders, bollworms, fruit borers, diamondback moth, pod borers and other larval (caterpillar) pests.

Precautions

• Wear gloves, a face mask, goggles, a long-sleeved shirt, long trousers and a hat during mixing and spraying.
• Avoid direct contact of the spray with eyes and skin, and avoid inhaling spray mist.
• Do not eat, chew betel, smoke or drink while handling or spraying the product.
• Wash hands thoroughly with soap after handling; wash contaminated clothing thoroughly after use.
• Do not spray against the wind.
• Highly toxic to aquatic life — do not contaminate ponds, rivers or water sources; do not spray near fish or bee-keeping areas.

First Aid

• Remove contaminated clothing immediately.
• Wash affected skin thoroughly with soap and water.
• If in eyes, rinse gently with plenty of water for several minutes.
• If inhaled, move the person to fresh air and keep them calm.
• If swallowed, do not induce vomiting; seek medical advice immediately and show the container/label to the doctor.
• Seek medical advice and treatment in all cases.

Antidote

No specific antidote. Treat symptomatically according to signs of poisoning.

Storage & Disposal

• Store in the original tightly closed container in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight.
• Keep away from children, animals, food, animal feed, seed and fertilizer.
• Do not reuse empty containers for any purpose.
• Do not wash spray equipment or empty containers in rivers, streams or ponds; bury empty containers deep in the ground, away from water sources.
• Do not burn or dump.

• Coral Larva သည် Group 13 (Pyrroles) ထိသေ၊ စားသေ အာနိသင်ရှိသော ပိုးသတ်ဆေးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
• ပိုးမွှား၏ ခန္ဓာကိုယ်အတွင်း အာနိသင်ပြောင်းလဲပြီးမှ စွမ်းအင်ထုတ်လုပ်မှုစနစ်ကို ဖျက်ဆီးပေးပါသည်။
• ဆေးထိသည့်ကောင်ပိုးများသည် အနည်းငယ်အချိန်အတွင်း အစာစားခြင်းရပ်ပြီး ရက် (၂-၃) ရက်အတွင်း သေဆုံးသွားပါသည်။
• ရွက်နှင့်အတွင်းသို့ စိမ့်ဝင်နိုင်စွမ်းရှိသဖြင့် ရွက်လိပ်၊ အသီးအတွင်းနှင့် ပင်စည်အတွင်း ကွယ်ရာတွင်ရှိသော ကောင်ပိုးများအထိ ထိရောက်ပါသည်။
